With the hot summer temperatures, it’s likely your daily mug of bone broth has fallen to the wayside, and with it, all the important gut-healing, inflammation-reducing benefits.
Enter the broth shot: a convenient, delicious way to get all the nutrients of bone broth protein in just a few quick sips! Featuring 10g of organic bone broth protein, the anti-inflammatory superfood turmeric, and grass-fed butter, a daily broth shot will soothe your digestion and support your gut all summer long!
How to Make the Best Broth Shot:
USE ORGANIC BONE BROTH PROTEIN: Unlike conventional bone broth protein which is sourced from conventional agricultural operations that allow the use of antibiotics, pesticides/herbicides, GMOs, hormones, and other potentially harmful substances, organic bone broth delivers the highest quality product, which means fewer gut irritants and better nutrient absorption.
CHOOSE YOUR MILK: Not feeling almond milk? Substitute it for another milk like coconut, hemp, or even full-fat cow’s milk.
MAKE IT DAIRY-FREE: If you’re strictly dairy-free, simply substitute the grass-fed butter for MCT Oil.
ADJUST YOUR SERVING: Sure, we’re calling this recipe a “broth shot,” but if you want a full serving size of Organic Turmeric Bone Broth Protein, feel free combine the two shots and enjoy a full mug of this gut-healing goodness!

Required Equipment: Blender
Ingredients2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop Natural Force Organic Turmeric Bone Broth Protein
1 tbsp Natural Force MCT Oil
Pinch of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Turmeric (Optional)
Pinch of Black Pepper
Heat almond milk over the stove until warm, pour into blender.
Add Turmeric Bone Broth Protein Powder, butter, and spices and blend for 30 seconds.
Divide the mixture equally between 2 mugs and serve.
If you'd like to save the 2nd serving for later, store it in an airtight container (it should last 1-2 days). To reheat, either pour into a mug and heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds or pour into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached. If a separate layer of oil appears on top (the butter), add the broth shot to a blender and blend for 30 seconds to recombine.
