Refund policy

We take pride in crafting exceptionally high-quality products that empower your journey to health and we back our products with world-class customer service.

If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we hope you will give us the opportunity to make it right by troubleshooting your problem, providing a product replacement/exchange, or offering a refund.

As consumers ourselves, we know what a hassle it is to ship items back. That's why we don't require this for the vast majority of refund requests! We'd rather save you a trip to the post office and just ask that you share any unopened or unwanted products with a friend or family member who could use them.

Refund policy details:

  • Not satisfied with your item? A refund may be requested for both opened and unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase. In most cases, we will not require you to ship the product back.
  • Defective product or packaging? We will happily ship you a replacement as long as the product was purchased within the last 30 days. To help us investigate and fix the issue, we may request pictures or ask that you ship the product back to us. If this happens we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Otherwise, we will simply ask that you discard the defective item.
  • We love to provide our customers with special deals and offers, but products purchased during a promotional period may be subject to additional refund restrictions. Our world-class customer support team will handle these refund requests on a case by case basis depending on the specific coupon used and availability of the item.
  • Most of our products are available on subscription, and subscriptions may be paused, modified, or canceled at any time. We will always send a notification email three days prior to a subscription shipment to ensure that you have adequate time to make these changes. Once a subscription order has shipped, however, a refund will only be provided if the item or packaging is defective.
  • Free sample and Mystery Box purchases products are not eligible for refunds. 
  • FON reward points and points redemptions have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund if abuse is suspected.

This refund policy is valid up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible, the product(s) must have been purchased from naturalforce.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our discretion.
